Nurul Fadly Habidin

A senior lecturer at  Management and Leadership Department, Faculty of Management and Economics, UPSI. His research areas are in Business Engineering and Performance Improvement which include the development of  lean six sigma and performance improvement systems for Malaysian automotive. Immediately after graduation in 2005, joined Perodua Manafacturing Sdn. Bhd as Kanban Executive. Tast at that time includes define, measure and control Kanban engineering process for fulfillment of Just in Time (JIT) requirement system.  Experienced to plan, monitor and manage integrated supply chain process which comprices of ordering, delivery and receiving proces based on Perodua Delivery Instruction Order (PDIO) systems. Among the active reseachers and innovators in UPSI in the area of Business  Engineering with regular cooperative with industrial experts expecially from PROTON, PERODUA. Beside that, also developed Kaizen School Team (KST) for encourage other lecturers and students to involving reseach and innovation project in business engineering area. Hold a degree and master in Operation Management (UUM), Doctorate Engineering (UTM) and PhD in Islamic Economics (UPSI).  Lead some of lean, six sigma and balanced scorecard research project and won 35 innovation award. Currently, published 200 journal paper on industrial engineering and management topic.
